Need to report something sensitive?

For ethics, harassment, conflicts of interest, fraud, safety concerns, or any matter that needs to bypass normal channels — write to the ethics line. It is read only by the CEO and the Company Secretary. It is not accessible to any other Flybi employee.

Flybi policy: no retaliation against any person who raises a good-faith concern, even if the concern later turns out to be incorrect.

A note on privacy: If you identify yourself, we retain your message and contact details for the life of the issue plus one year (for audit). If you choose to stay anonymous, only the message text is retained — no IP address, no browser fingerprint, no backdoor. We don't sell this data. We don't cross-reference it. We read it, we act on it, and we archive it.

A company that doesn't want to hear from you isn't really listening.
