Who this notice is for
This notice covers the Flybi company website, operated by Flybi Technologies Private Limited, Bengaluru, India. The V7 client platform and the careers portal are separate services; consult the notices presented there when you use them.
For a question about information held by Flybi, write to keshav@flybi.in with the subject “Data request”. Include the website or service concerned and a way to contact you.
When you send a project enquiry
The project form asks for your name, work email, organisation and message. It may also include your phone number, site or location, and the solution you are interested in. Submit only information you are entitled to share. Please keep passwords, personnel records and confidential project documents out of the form; ask for a suitable channel first.
The website service records an accepted enquiry before returning a reference. It then queues the enquiry for Flybi’s Zoho CRM account so the responsible person can review the request and contact you. A receipt confirms that the website captured the enquiry. It does not by itself confirm CRM delivery, a response, a booking or an agreed project.
We use the information to understand your requirement, respond, keep a record of the conversation and manage any next step you agree with us. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
The systems that handle an enquiry
The website hosting service stores the enquiry and its delivery status separately from the public website files. Zoho CRM receives the accepted commercial enquiry when processing succeeds. The service also sends an internal enquiry notification to Flybi’s Growth team through Microsoft 365. Relevant Flybi personnel and administrators use these systems to handle the request and operate the service.
The service also records the submission time, consent choice, privacy-notice version, page where the request started and a request identifier used to recognise retries. Operational records support error investigation and delivery checks. Abuse prevention uses short-lived, one-way keyed identifiers derived from the network address and email; the enquiry application does not store those raw network addresses or browser user-agent strings with the enquiry. These records are not published on the website.
For a commercial enquiry, contact growth@flybi.in. An automated internal notification does not mean someone has read your message, and it does not send a marketing subscription or customer auto-reply.
Flybi Voice and job applications
Flybi Voice offers email and telephone channels for feedback and concerns. This website does not collect Voice messages through the sales enquiry form. When you use an email link, your email app sends the message and its usual sender information. Email is not an anonymous reporting tool; the message and attachments may identify you or others. Contact ethics@flybi.in with a short initial note to agree an appropriate route for sensitive material.
Job applications go through the linked Flybi careers portal or careers@flybi.in, separately from sales enquiries. The careers portal has its own data-handling notice.
The website guide, analytics and fonts
The website guide is scripted. Its conversation stays in memory on the current page; it is not sent to an external AI service or a staffed chat operator. Starting a project enquiry opens the separate enquiry form.
This website includes no analytics, advertising or session-replay trackers. Its fonts are served from the website itself. External client-platform, careers, social and reference links open separate destinations with their own practices.
Browser storage and technical records
If you choose “Remember my preferences”, the browser stores your motion choice. A successful enquiry stores only its receipt reference for the current browser-tab session. A separate session flag avoids repeating a project invitation. The cookies and preferences notice explains these choices and how to remove them.
Requests to a website also carry technical information, including the requesting network address, browser request and time. Hosting and security records may contain that information for operating and protecting the service. It is separate from the public content and from the guide’s conversation.
Retention and requests about your information
For new website enquiries, the local website copy of your contact details and message is removed during daily maintenance after 90 days from the latest of confirmed CRM delivery, acceptance of the Growth notification by the mail service, or confirmation of its sent copy. A limited record of the receipt, retry fingerprint and delivery status remains for up to 365 days from the same point, then is removed during maintenance. The retry fingerprint is a hash used to recognise a repeated request; it is not the original message.
Unresolved delivery requests are retained for investigation. An explicit operational or legal hold pauses deletion; releasing the hold starts a fresh retention period. These rules concern the new website enquiry database. They do not automatically delete records in Zoho CRM, Microsoft 365, previous enquiry systems or project records. Those records are kept for handling the enquiry, any resulting engagement and applicable record-keeping needs, and can be reviewed through the contact below. Clearing your browser preferences does not remove server or CRM records.
To ask about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent to enquiry follow-up or a privacy concern, email keshav@flybi.in. Provide enough context to locate the record, such as the enquiry reference and contact email, without sending sensitive identification documents in an initial message. Flybi may need to verify the request and explain any information that must be retained.
Changes to this notice
This notice describes the website services set out above. If those services change, the notice and relevant preference controls must reflect that change. Contact Flybi if a question about a particular interaction is not answered here.
