We’re building the industrial intelligence platform, on purpose.

Flybi exists because the industrial world still measures itself with tools from the last century — while operating on balance sheets from this one. The gap is a systems problem, and it’s worth solving properly.

Thesis

Measurement, not drones.

Most "drone" companies are services shops: a pilot, a DSLR-in-the-sky, and a project-by-project invoice. They ship rasters and call it a day. That model is a floor — not a company.

Flybi is built on a different thesis: that the industries running on bulk tonnage, subsurface geology, and situational truth deserve the same engineering rigour that software companies apply to financial data. Reproducible pipelines. Versioned outputs. Compounding datasets. Audit-ready artifacts. That’s the standard.

We’re not trying to be the largest drone services company. We’re building the platform that makes drone services companies obsolete where it matters.
